Do I need to connect my Pinterest account?+
No. PinTool works with public Pinterest information and never asks for your Pinterest password. Create an account, enter a topic, and start researching.
Where does the data come from?+
PinTool analyzes Pinterest-sourced signals — including trends, autocomplete, search results and public profile data — then turns them into research views such as opportunity scores and topic context. It does not rely on Google Trends or a third-party SEO database.

Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. From Settings, paid members can open Stripe's secure billing portal to cancel or manage their subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, so access continues until then.
Do you offer refunds?+
